Payment terms:
- 50% as advance payment.
- 30% on the day of the last event.
- 20% before final deliverables.
Hard Drives:
Clients are required to provide two 2TB hard drives for data storage and workflow purposes during the project.
Guidelines for Clients:
Clients are requested to arrive at the venue at least one hour before the scheduled shoot time to allow photographers adequate time for setup, preparation, and ensuring a smooth session.
Location Permissions:
Clients are responsible for selecting, booking, and obtaining all necessary permissions or permits for the chosen couple shoot locations. The photography team will not be liable for any restrictions or denied access.
Delivery Timeline:
Edited images from all events will be delivered within one month. Cinematic and full-length videos will be delivered within 45 days, subject to clearance of at least 80% of the total payment.
Travel and Accommodation:
For outstation events, clients are responsible for arranging and covering all travel and accommodation requirements for the photography team.
Event Cancellation and Rescheduling:
The advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. Any postponement or rescheduling of the event will incur additional charges amounting to 15% of the originally finalized package.
